To whom it may concern,

I posted for help on an online forum which is where I met Rich Garboski of eTechHelp in early/mid 2005.

He promised to deliver a site mostly or completely working website (major obstacles out of the way) with a working excel based shopping cart, automatic invoicing  and credit card processing.  I had been working on the site with another developer who was given three months to complete the same task. Rich promised to re-work the site from the ground up with 5-8 weeks.  It was delivered in three weeks.

Not only was it delivered in three weeks, but I was provided progress reports and updates frequently.  I found that reaching him via telephone or instant message was always easy and encouraged.

More recently, the host where my website resided shut me down with no warning due to a major spike in web traffic.  Rich reacted immediately.  We worked together throughout the course of the next full week until my site was back up and operating to its full capacity. 

Along the way, Rich has recommended products and services that he knew would be a perfect match for my needs.  He installed a live chat feature which allows me to watch web traffic in real-time.  This product has shown me patterns and opportunities I never knew I would see and has helped me make changes to my marketing initiatives. 

Rich Garboski takes the success of my site as part of his personal success.  He is always on the lookout for any ideas; products and services which he feels would be of benefit to my business and is usually right.
