Mr Garboski,

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to you and your staff for providing us with outstanding service. Having been through a few bad experiences, it has been very satisfying to work with a company who really cares about their clients. Prior to working with eTechHelp, I had been jumping from "unlimited" hosting service to service. Each one of them was a sore disappointment. After just a couple months, each one of them would shut my account down without warning, delete all my content, force me to spend days moving to the next host, and wouldn't even refund my money. Their reasoning was always that I used too much bandwidth or space.

My sites, "Ecco: Dark Sea" and "Epic Gaming" are designed to be historical archives of what I view as important artifacts from the history of video games. My goal is to immortalize hard-to-find information and media for decades, so reliability is paramount. Bandwidth consumption is rather high and I use a very large amount of storage space to store these sites in their entirety. When I was informed of your company's service, I was quite excited; but I had no idea the level of service I'd receive. My previous hosts had been disrespectful con-artists who would not take the time of day to even correspond with me via e-mail.

Most sites are unable to provide such content because they cannot afford the bandwidth-- I've transferred easily terabytes since the sites launched to tens of thousands of interested game researchers and players alike; despite this, your company has given me the most professional treatment I could've imagined; and then some.

I recall one day when you brought up that I used a majority of the disk space on your server. With all my prior hosts, this meant instant termination for arbitrary, dishonest reasons-- instead you just asked if I'd be OK with paying a small fee each month, which I gladly agreed to.  This level of customer service is unheard of in the web hosting world.


Every time I have approached your company in requests for a specific service or feature, you efficiently took care of my request and were very thorough at following up and ensuring I was satisfied with my requests. Your company have spoken with me in person many times and given quick results; I've never had to wait for assistance or wonder if my e-mail would ever be answered like my prior hosts.


As far as reliability, which is critical to the work I do, I've never witnessed downtime on either of my domains in the 2 years I have hosted with eTechHelp. Your company even took the time to implement a robust data-backup system for my domains to ensure I never went through the kind of hassle I had with the pitiful hosting companies I worked with in the past. 
 
I have nothing but praise for your company and their services. I would recommend anyone to eTechHelp without a second thought. Whether your site is tiny or a resource-hog like mine, you really can't ask for better customer service than this. It's so rare in this day and age to find Internet companies that provide attentive customer service.
